United States: CAE lands $75 million-plus in defence contracts.

Lockheed Martin awarded CAE a contract for ground-based tactical mission services for the British Military. This includes trainers for rear crews of Nimrod Nimrod, in the Bible, descendant of Cush who is recorded as a mighty hunter.

Under a contract with Canada's Department of Defence , CAE and seven Canadian-based partners will support the development of simulation-based "synthetic environment" operations at several military bases in Canada.

Also Thales Canada, the Canadian arm of Europe's Thales aerospace and defence giant, has awarded CAE a contract to provide systems engineering services for existing electronic warfare equipment in operation.
