As part of the deal, all 19 BlueLight.com employees will become United Online employees. The deal came despite objections by Microsoft and others who are creditors of Kmart, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy bankruptcy, in law, settlement of the liabilities of a person or organization wholly or partially unable to meet financial obligations.
