By partnering with Vecima, WAV s resellers will gain access to a full line of WiMAX solutions including VistaMAX WiMAX Broadband Wireless - 3.65 GHz Products, Vecima s BWIN wireless system, and NON-LINE-OF-SIGHT (NLOS NLOS Non-Line of Sight

) broadband products developed by WaveRider.

Vecima is proud to partner with WAV to distribute its wireless solutions, said Jim Shedden, Director of WaveRider Sales at Vecima. WAV has the expertise to provide support for our VistaMAX, BWIN and WaveRider lines to its VAR and Solution Provider customers.

The VistaMAX series of WiMAX base stations, outdoor and indoor CPEs enables first-class last-mile broadband connectivity and is available at 3.65 GHz.

Vecima s BWIN wireless system builds on the powerful and cost effective DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) A cable modem standard from the CableLabs research consortium (www.cablelabs.com), which provides equipment certification for interoperability.  standard for cable equipment and provides an excellent solution for high bandwidth wireless services reaching beyond the wired limits of a cable infrastructure.

Vecima s WaveRider solutions include an NLOS 900 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock.
