United Jersey Bank/Central commits construction loan.

United Jersey Bank/Central has committed to a construction loan for Halleck Street Mews, Community Builders Housing Corporation's (CBHC) demonstration project in Newark.

In addition to committing to the $180,000 construction loan, United Jersey Bank/Central has donated the costs of the appraisal fee, which will be approximately $1,500 and the commitment fee totaling $1,800.

Each home is approximately 1,000 square feet, and will be built on a 100-foot deep property. Downstairs the kitchen opens to the dining room, and a spacious living room that provides a perfect setting for family entertainment. The two large bedrooms located upstairs are connected by a full bath, and have ample closet space.
