United Capital Corp. Announces $5 Million Real Estate Purchase.


GREAT NECK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1998--United Capital Corp. (ASE (Adaptive Server Enterprise) A relational DBMS from Sybase that runs on Windows NT/2000, Linux and a variety of Unix platforms. ASE is a comprehensive and robust data management product with a long history dating back to the late 1980s. :AFP (1) (AppleTalk Filing Protocol) The file sharing protocol used in an AppleTalk network. In order for non-Apple networks to access data in an AppleShare server, their protocols must translate into the AFP language. See file sharing protocol. ) announced today the completion of a $5,200,000 purchase of two parcels of land from the General Electric Pension Trust.
