Magazine titles include "Psychiatric Times," "Diagnostic Imaging," "Applied Neurology" and "Infections in Medicine." The company also produces four newsletters, including "Diagnostic Imaging SCAN" and "Magnetic Resonance magnetic resonance, in physics and chemistry, phenomenon produced by simultaneously applying a steady magnetic field and electromagnetic radiation (usually radio waves) to a sample of atoms and then adjusting the frequency of the radiation and the strength of the  Update."

UBM said CMP Media will focus its activities exclusively on the needs of its principal market, the global technology market, noting that over the last 12 months CMP Media has acquired BlackHat, Light Reading, MediaLive, Shorecliff and TechOnLine for $120 million. CMP Media's exhibitions business in the beauty and cruise shipping markets will be transferred to CMPi. Also, CMP Media will in future be known as CMP Technology. The division's 2005 pro forma revenues were around 200 million [pounds sterling]. In 2005, CMP Media had revenues of 225.9 million [pounds sterling].

UBM said that CMPMedica will benefit from healthcare information economies of scale in France, Spain and across Asia, Drug Information Services expertise in France, Spain and Asia, and CME CME
