United Artists Theatres is proud to announce the renovation of the Northpark 14 Theatre located at 250 Ring Road, adjacent to the Northpark Mall Northpark Mall (or NorthPark Mall) is the name of several shopping malls in the United States:
  • Northpark Mall (Iowa) is in Davenport, Iowa
  • Northpark Mall (Mississippi) is in Jackson, Mississippi
  • Northpark Mall (Missouri) is in Joplin, Missouri
 and the Parkway Place Parkway Place is an upscale shopping mall in Huntsville, Alabama.

The mall opened on October 16, 2002, on the site of the older Parkway City Mall, which was torn down to allow for the construction of the newer facility.

The United Artists Northpark 14 and Parkway Place 10 Theatres now feature stadium-style seating. With the stadium seating design, each row is higher than the one in front allowing every customer an unobstructed view of the screen. Movie-goers are sure to enjoy the comfortable high-back rocker seats, extended leg room between rows and moveable armrests.

Movie-goers will also experience state-of-the-art projection on giant wall-to-wall screens. Plus, the highest quality digital sound is available in all auditoriums. Sound systems include Sony Dynamic Digital Sound (SDDS (Sony Dynamic Digital Sound) A digital audio encoding system used in movie theaters since 1993. The SDDS sound track is recorded optically as microscopic pits similar to a CD along both outer edges of the 35mm film strip. ), Digital Theatre System (DTS (1) (Digital Theatre Sound) A digital audio encoding system used in movie and home theaters. Popularized by the movie Jurassic Park, the six-channel (5. ), and Dolby Digital A digital audio encoding system from Dolby used in movie and home theaters. Showtime radio (96.7 FM) provides show information to patrons within visual range of the theatres. Movie tickets can be purchased three days in advance at the box office. ATM Machines enable patrons to access cash in the lobby using major credit cards. The auditoriums are ADA accessible and equipped with Assistive Listening Devices.

Innovative concession stands ensure fast service and are conveniently located in multiple locations. In addition to the usual fare of popcorn, hot dogs, and drinks, the theatres offer new Dippin' Dots Ice Cream and Self-Serve Butter Stations.
