Unit Instruments expands Austin MFC service center.


AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1996--Unit Instruments, consolidating its support for the growing Austin semiconductor community has enlarged its mass flow controller A mass flow controller (MFC) is a device used to measure and control the flow of gases. "We needed to provide a major service center for the growing semiconductor industry in Austin," said John Leggat, Unit's vice president of sales and marketing. "We are doing this around the world. Wherever the semiconductor industry is growing, we are adding or expanding our local centers to match our customer's requirements for 'round-the-clock' service."
