Unisys Awarded More Than $100 Million in New Customer Outsourcing Contracts.

-- Unisys was awarded a one-year, approximately $34 million contract renewal
from Caixa Economica Federal for service delivery to the Brazilian Ministry of
Labor, through Datamec, a wholly owned Unisys subsidiary. Caixa is both the
largest S&L in Brazil and the administrator of the Brazilian government home
mortgage system. Under the agreement, Datamec will provide IT operations and
development for the administration of federal unemployment programs in Brazil.
The extension of the contract follows national recommendation and recognition
of Ministry of Labor for its quality public service.

-- In addition, Unisys was awarded an approximately $11.75 million, 4 3/4 year
extension to an existing nine-year agreement with CSL Group Ltd. in the U.K. to
deliver IT outsourcing services to the Lord Chancellor's Department. Unisys
will manage and support desktop and network systems and applications, including
the operation and application support for existing Data General legacy systems.


-- In Australia, Unisys has won an estimated $17.5 million, three-year contract
with the New South Wales Department of Education and Training to provide and
host Internet and e-mail access for up to 1.2 million students, as well as
130,000 teachers and administrative staff. When the integration of this project
is completed, Unisys will be managing the largest network of e-mail accounts
and Internet services in Australia.

-- Unisys was recently awarded an estimated $20 million outsourcing contract by
CANTV, the largest communications carrier in Venezuela. Under the three-year
agreement, Unisys will provide call center operations. The contract is the
result of CANTV's customer satisfaction with the services rendered by Unisys
during a nine months competitive pilot assessment which yielded significant
financial savings and service level improvements.

-- In design and media, Unisys received a three-year contract, valued at
approximately $5.3 million, from a leading design and digital media creation,
management, and distribution company. Unisys will provide a wide range of
information technology outsourcing services worldwide, including a
single-point-of-contact help desk, a technology refresh program, asset
tracking, and remedial maintenance for the client's 4,800 seat distributed
computing infrastructure.

-- Unisys has won a three-year contract from a leading management consulting
firm for a range of infrastructure outsourcing services for desktop systems to
support professionals in North America.
