Unisys Awarded Contract to Support Defense Logistics Agency with Information Technology Services.

The five-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract has a one-year base period with four one-year options to provide information technology services to the DLA's Systems Design Center in Columbus, Ohio. The multiple-award contract has a maximum value of $180 million, with an estimated value of $20 million to Unisys.

Unisys FSD will provide services such as business process reengineering See reengineering. , integration prototyping, systems design, systems development and training at the DLA's design activities centers and at their headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

) provide integrated automated information systems in support of DLA, Department of Defense, and other federal agencies. The contract will primarily support the design centers and its legacy applications in areas including distribution, procurement and logistics support.

The PRC team consists of Unisys FSD, ManTech International, KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, Oracle Corporation and 17 small, small disadvantaged and women-owned businesses that will compete for individual task orders over the next five years.
