Union State Bank (the "Bank"), the largest commercial bank based in the Hudson Valley, has announced the promotion of Kimberly Crispino to vice president, director of marketing.

In her new position she will be in charge of overseeing all functions of the marketing department. Specific areas of responsibility include public relations, advertising, new product development and internal communications.
