(CRLA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit legal and political advocacy group that promotes the interests of migrant laborers and the rural poor. (San Francisco, CA) ) with a check for $125,000 as part of a three-year program in which the Foundation will match funds raised by CRLA as part of its 40th anniversary fundraising campaign. At the event, CRLA honored Carlos and Deborah Santana and their charitable organization, The Milagro Foundation, founded in 1998 to benefit underrepresented un·der·rep·re·sent·ed adj. Insufficiently or inadequately represented: the underrepresented minority groups, ignored by the government. and underprivileged children around the world.
