Unimax and Vitel Software form strategic marketing agreement. (Happenings).

Unimax, a provider of change management software for enterprise voice communication networks, and Vitel Software, a provider of performance management solutions for disparate telecommunications systems, have announced they have entered into a strategic marketing agreement. Both companies have also expressed intent to explore integration of each other's respective solutions. Unimax and Vitel are exploring channel opportunities, as well as global implementation of co-marketing initiatives. The companies will also explore product integration within each of their flagship products, 2nd Nature and Ivize, respectively. Both companies have positioned themselves to extract comprehensive data from voice applications as their key feature sets, with Vitel reporting on PBX, messaging and conference bridge data and Unimax having the ability to manage and synchronize different data stores from the same sources. Unimax supports PBX, voice mail and IP telephony systems from prevalent telecommunications manufacturers includin g Avaya Communication, Nortel Networks, Intecom, Inc., Cisco Systems and Philips Business Communications.
