Unimax and Vitel Software form strategic marketing agreement. (Happenings).


Unimax, a provider of change management software for enterprise voice communication networks, and Vitel Software, a provider of performance management solutions for disparate telecommunications systems, have announced they have entered into a strategic marketing agreement. Both companies have also expressed intent to explore integration of each other's respective solutions. Unimax and Vitel are exploring channel opportunities, as well as global implementation of co-marketing initiatives. The companies will also explore product integration within each of their flagship products, 2nd Nature and Ivize, respectively.
