MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1996--Unimax Systems Corporation and Impact Technologies, Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri, announced the signing of long term licensing and distribution agreements for MAC-Ez Plus(TM).
