Unilever expansion plans in Holland.

Unilever Expansion Plans in Holland

Talks between Unilever and Brinkers Holding of the Netherlands are expected to lead to Unilever acquiring the Molco bakery products business. Molco, with plants at Wycen and Aartselaar, specialises in frozen dough for bread and pastry bakeries. It has sales offices in both the UK and Germany.

When the sale is complete, the company's activities will be fitted into the organisation of Unilever's subsidiary Union of Antwerp, within which Molco will operate as an independent unit.
