In the Uniforms To You application, IMC manages orders received by fax and e-mail, messages sent to the sales@uty.com address from the company's website, mail sent to several internal support addresses (sales support, database modification, etc.), direct customer support addresses, and UTY's non-emergency Help Desk team. Uniforms To You has integrated the Internet Message Center with the company's existing inbound fax order management processes for cradle-to-grave management of all inbound fax and e-mail orders. IMC is responsible for acknowledging receipt of the inbound messages, assigning each message a unique tracking number for case management through resolution, and routing the message into a message pool (queue) until a member of the appropriate team is ready to respond.

IMC also provides Zmeyr and customer service managers with up to the second real-time reports detailing the total number of messages waiting, message pool service levels, agent activity (agents logged in, idle, responding) and average agent response time -- everything they need to ensure UTY's customers get a timely and correct response. In addition, Uniforms To You uses IMC for a great deal of internal correspondence. Zmeyr said that 1/4 of the company's employees are on the road for the majority of their work weeks. Questions coming from sales reps on the road could previously take up to 2 or 3 phone calls for accurate answers. IMC has wiped out the calls and replaced them with a guaranteed correct response within one business day.

Uniforms To You is also working with Mustang Services for development of fully automated response technologies, via the IMC AutoAgent engine, to support real-time order status updates through integration with the Company's back-office order management systems.
