Uniforms To You Adopts Cintas Name; Division's name change reflects focus on customer service and quality.

Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) announced that its Uniforms To You division, an award-winning designer of uniforms for the hospitality, restaurant, gaming and transportation industries, is adopting the Cintas parent name, effective immediately.

"As we've worked with Uniforms To You over the last three years, we've realized that we are very clearly one company, focused on a singular mission of exceptional customer service.

"When it comes to uniforms, whether it's industrial workwear, corporate casual or the formal designs we produce for the hospitality industry, Cintas is 'One Source, One Company, One Answer.' This name change will help our customers clearly identify all of our offerings, and focus us internally on our goal of exceeding our customers' expectations."

Mr. Kohlhepp noted that the division, which was acquired by Cintas in 1998, will continue to provide the exceptional design, style and selection for which it is known. The division earned top honors in the Career Apparel Institute's 2001 Image of the Year Awards, with designs for three of the top 10 award recipients, Avis Rent-a-Car, the Mandarin Hotel, of Miami, and the Alladin Hotel in Las Vegas.

In addition, all current Uniforms To You customers will have enhanced access to Cintas' other product offerings, including hygiene services, entrance mats, cleanroom services and first aid services, which are marketed under the Xpect brand name.

Cintas will continue to employ a product brand strategy that highlights the range of its design capabilities, from products that meet the intensive durability demands of industrial workwear to the high-end designs required by luxury hotels. UTY Apparel, the existing Uniforms To You brand, will be retained, as will Cintas' premiere brand, Classic Expressions.

All employees and existing customers have been notified of the change. Cintas plans to launch a substantial marketing effort to ensure that current customers and potential new customers are made aware of the company's full range of offerings.
