 has joined the company as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Goldwasser brings to Unica extensive financial management and strategic experience that have contributed significantly to the growth of public and private companies. He will oversee the financial and general administrative functions for the company and will report to Unica's co-founder and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
