The Company received notification from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel on November 10, 2000, regarding NASDAQ listing requirements which indicates that the Company's stock price had traded below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days as required under Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5), and that the Company's common stock did not maintain a minimum market value of public float under Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(2). On January 26, 2001, the Company received notification from NASDAQ Listing Qualifications that its net tangible assets Net Tangible Assets
