Ultra Electronics has been awarded a $3.1 million Commercial Operations and Support Savings Initiative contract from the US Navy for the installation of its Prop-Power hub integrated power switching system into the P-3C Orion and C-130 aircraft. The contract duration is 24 months and is expected to lead to the acquisition of approximately 1000 systems.
