Ultimate Sports Entertainment, Inc. Announces Extension of Agreement With MLB Players Association Through 2002.

Ultimate Sports Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:ULSP) (www.ultimatesportsforce.com ) announced that it has had its licensing agreement with the Major League Baseball Player's Association extended. The agreement sustains the company's rights to create animated comic book Superheroes featuring the images and likenesses of Major League baseball players, including their names, nicknames, facsimile signatures and statistics.

The agreement also includes language that will allow the company to customize content for use in individual team and stadium promotional events. These customized publications are similar to the comic books featuring members of the Anaheim Angels that were distributed to fans at the May 4, 2001 "Comic Book Night" at Edison International Field of Anaheim (see link http://www.ultimatesportsforce.com/press_frame.html) and the comic book featuring members of the New York Mets that was distributed at Shea Stadium in 2000. These events have become a significant aspect to the overall marketing and revenue plan for Ultimate Sports. The company currently has contracts for eight separate promotional events with four individual Major League Baseball teams for the 2001 season and already has secured contracts for three "promo events" for the 2002 season.
