Ukrainian Mobile Operator Astelit Uses NMS Communications' AccessGate(TM) Backhaul Optimizer to Accommodate High Subscriber Growth.

Astelit is deploying AccessGate to expand network capacity and increase coverage throughout the Ukraine, as that region continues to experience tremendous mobile subscriber growth. AccessGate employs proven patented aggregation and bandwidth optimization techniques that enable wireless operators to maximize Radio Access Network (RAN) backhaul efficiency and support new subscribers and services without additional CapEx or OpEx investments.

Astelit's use of AccessGate was facilitated through NMS distribution partner Nova Telekom, a leader in transmission systems services, call center services and GSM system services.
