UWI Unisoft Wares today announced the addition of Dan Pepper and Mickey Friedman as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing, respectively. The Internet Business Forms Company also closed its latest round of financing to fuel the company's rapid growth. The additional funds provide working capital for on-going research & development and continued expansion of the company's sales and marketing infrastructure to meet the rising demand for Internet-enabled business forms.

Pepper joins UWI with over 20 years experience in the computer hardware and software business, selling to both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining UWI, he worked at Versant Object Technology (NASDAQ:VSNT) where he was responsible for the company's Internet thrust and subsequent listing on the Internet Stock Index ("ISDEX"). Pepper was Vice President of Global Media Server Sales at nCUBE, a massively parallel computer maker majority owned by Oracle's Larry Ellison, before joining Versant. He also held various sales positions in the software industry prior to Oracle.

Friedman joins UWI with 20 years of marketing and general management experience in the computer software field. Just before UWI, he was CEO of Pinnacle Publishing, a publisher of software, newsletters, and CDs for application developers. Friedman also held senior marketing and management positions at Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HWP), Microrim, Andersen Consulting, and Fox Software, which was acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT). He holds a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University.
