Unisoft Wares today announced the addition of Dan Pepper and Mickey Friedman as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing, respectively. The Internet Business Forms Company also closed its latest round of financing to fuel the company's rapid growth. The additional funds provide working capital for on-going research & development and continued expansion of the company's sales and marketing infrastructure to meet the rising demand for Internet-enabled business forms.

"We're ecstatic to get two industry veterans like Dan Pepper and Mickey Friedman," said Eric Jordan, president of UWI. "To attract two top talents in this ultra competitive market confirms the veracity of UWI's business direction. Adopting smart, precise Internet-enabled business forms integrated into mission critical applications has become a business must because the return-on-investment is so immediate."

Pepper joins UWI with over 20 years experience in the computer hardware and software business, selling to both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining UWI, he worked at Versant Object Technology (NASDAQ NASDAQ

"The geometric growth in the use of the Internet along with the massive costs of storing and processing paper forms has created an order-of-magnitude leap in the need for paper forms to be replaced by smart electronic forms," commented Jordan. "This nascent market for Internet-enabled business forms in both the private and public sectors is also being helped by concurrent migration away from `green screens' and Year 2000 compatibility issues."
