Leveraging the flexibility of Corillian Voyager 3.0 and the tools available through Corillian's developer network program, Corillian DevNet, UWCU's team of Internet services professionals were able to perform the upgrade to Corillian Voyager 3.0 and perform customizations on the user interface themselves.

"We have always prided ourselves on being self-sufficient when it comes to technology," said Eric Bangerter, director of Internet services at UWCU. "The flexibility and freedom to do our own custom work and development within the Corillian Voyager platform is what attracted us to partner with Corillian. We definitely couldn't do it all on our own, but the open architecture of Corillian Voyager 3.0 and the tools available through the Corillian DevNet program allowed us to implement the enhancements ourselves with Corillian helping us when we had questions or ideas to bounce 1. bounce - (Perhaps by analogy to a bouncing check) An electronic mail message that is undeliverable and returns an error notification (a "bounce message") to the sender is said to "bounce".
