UTEK Corporation and Cyberlux Corporation Sign Strategic Alliance Agreement.

The goal of the strategic alliance between Cyberlux and UTEK is to further expand Cyberlux's unique intellectual property and technology portfolio. UTEK will utilize its relationships among universities and government laboratories to identify and review solid-state lighting technologies for Cyberlux.
