UTEK Corporation ("UTEK") (AMEX:UTK), FullCircle Registry, Inc. ("FullCircle") (OTCBB:FLCR) and The University of New Brunswick ("UNB") announced today that Spoken Data Technologies, Inc. ("SDTI"), a 75% UTEK owned subsidiary, has acquired the exclusive license to UNB's patent pending voice internet browser. In addition, the parties announced that SDTI has been acquired by FullCircle in a stock-for-stock transaction. UNB's technology empowers web sites to speak HTML encoded data in response to telephoned inquires.
