The customer at that location has Avaya Communication Manager 3.0 running on an Avaya S8710 Media Server for 200 agents. Avaya Call Management System R13 provides reporting for this location. This site is connected back to the main site via IP in order to provide world wide customer service and expand their follow the sun coverage. There is a contact center in Mexico with 30 agents that adds to the expanded coverage. The Mexico location has an Avaya S8500 and is completely IP. The customer also has small sales offices and call centers in Milan, Madrid, Singapore, Finland and Germany.
