I enjoyed reading the article about the USNS USNS United States Naval Ship (civilian-manned; in service)

The Merchant Marine needs more press coverage than it usually gets, as most people have no clue about this service. We also need sustained commercial activity to provide work for the few mariners that continue to ply (mathematics, data) ply - 1. Of a node in a tree, the number of branches between that node and the root.
