USING STACKING TECHNOLOGY, SILICONTECH BUILDS 320 MEGABYTE COMPACT FLASH CARD.Memory designer and maker SiliconTech Inc. last week announced its 320MB Type II CompactFlash card, the highest capacity available in this form factor.
