Customers can find Mortgage Pay on the Web in the Current Customers section of the company's Web site, www.countrywide.com. They'll need their Countrywide loan number and four-digit personal identification number. Borrowers who use the service receive a confirmation number. The service, introduced in March, is offered free to customers. Payments can be made during regular Countrywide business hours BUSINESS HOURS. The time of the day during which business is transacted.
