Reporting to USDC's Chief Executive Officer Michael Ciesinski, Graves will facilitate the organization of working groups comprising FPD manufacturers and their suppliers. These groups will define the technical and business roadmaps required to meet the future needs of the display user community. Graves will concurrently work with Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) is a trade organization of manufacturers of equipment and materials used in the fabrication of semiconductor devices such as integrated circuits, transistors, diodes, and thyristors. According to Ciesinski, Graves brings a depth of program and project management expertise to the consortium. Prior to his assignment at USDC, Graves served in various program and engineering project management positions at Watkins-Johnson. He also served as support manager at Flagship Software Systems in Santa Clara, Calif., and as production supervisor at Intel Corp. in Santa Clara.
