USCORP (OTCBB:USCS) (Berlin WKN # AOBLBB) Chairman and CEO Robert Dultz, and Ms. Judith Ahrens, USCorp Director for Public Relations attended the INVEST 2004 conference in Stuttgart, Germany March 5th through 7th, 2004.

The INVEST 2004 conference is held every year at the Messe Stuttgart exhibition and convention center. USCorp participated as an Official Exhibitor at the conference. This event launched USCorp's European campaign by providing news and information about USCorp to the German-speaking investment community and other interested European investors.

USCorp's stock now trades on the third segment of the Berlin Stock Exchange, symbol UCP.BER and WKN: AOBLBB. 40,000 Individual and Institutional Investors attended INVEST 2004. The Company, its CEO Robert Dultz and Board Member and Director of Public Relations Judith Ahrens were well received by visitors to the Company Booth.

Mr. Dultz had productive meetings with European fund managers and individual investors. While in Europe Mr. Dultz also met with Swiss fund managers from Zurich. He also was the guest speaker in interviews with radio commentators and was interviewed by publishers, editors and writers of financial publications. Ms. Ahrens, an Iowa native and resident of Cedar Rapids for most of her life, has been involved in the political scene for over 20 years. Her specialized knowledge in the political arena has made her a top consultant. Her contributions are not only in domestic matters, but international as well. Her lobbying skills and legislation efforts in agriculture and environmental matters have been instrumental in the growth, development and success in startup companies as well as Fortune 100 companies. One of Ms. Ahrens' significant achievements was in lobbying for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), a multi-billion dollar conglomerate, which led to the eventual passage of the Ethanol tax exemption for the state of California. She was appointed to California State Agricultural Advisory Board. She also has acted as media consultant for presidential, gubernatorial and congressional candidates including Jimmy Carter, and was the advance press person for President Carter, Vice President Mondale and she served as Special Confidential Assistant to the Secretary of Agriculture Bob Bergland. Ms. Ahrens was initially appointed to the company's board of directors last year.

In addition, USCorp and International Energy and Resources, Inc., (IERI) signed a letter of extension to the previously reported Letter of Intent to acquire IERI. USCorp and IERI are completing their due diligence and are examining the best structure for the companies to work together in developing their gold and silver properties in western Arizona. IERI has requested Shield Environmental to begin work on the Twin Peaks Property. Shield is a firm staffed with approximately 110 professional engineers, geologists and earth scientists trained and experienced in the mining, civil, mechanical, mineral resource evaluation, geotechnical, sanitary, and environmental fields. They are listed by Engineering News Record as one of the Top 200 Environmental Firms in the world.
