USCarrier Telecom(R) Closes Two Firsts - The Company Signs An Agreement For Its First OC192 Ring And Two Dark Fiber IRU Sales.

. executed an agreement with a national wireless company to install an OC192 Metro Ring in Atlanta. The impact to USCarrier will be a 40% increase in the client's monthly billings with a potential value to USCarrier of $3,400,000 over the five-year agreement.

The first phase of the OC192 ring project is scheduled for completion by March 31, 2006. The new OC192 ring connects the switch locations in metro Atlanta. In conjunction with the OC192 ring, USCarrier will provide four OC12 long haul Long distance. Long haul implies traversing a state or a country. Contrast with short haul.  circuits. The first OC12 circuit was recently placed in service connecting Atlanta and Chattanooga. The remaining OC12 circuits will connect Atlanta with Augusta, Macon and Columbus and will be installed during 1Q06.
