USCS International Inc. (NASDAQ:USCS) today announced that its CableData, Inc. subsidiary has signed a multi-year agreement with Subscriber Computing, Inc. (SCI) under which SCI will integrate the ERTRS(TM) enterprise real-time rating system from CableData Telecommunications, Inc. (CDT), formerly known as Lynn-Arthur Associates.

ERTRS will be used to enhance the real-time rating features of SCI's customer care and billing software. CDT specializes in software and professional services used in the implementation of telecommunications companies' billing systems.

Under the terms of this ten-year reseller license agreement, the two industry leaders will integrate CDT's real-time rating system, ERTRS, with SCI's customer management and billing system, Communication Resource Manager.
