USC UPDATE: TROJANS' JUSTICE SUSPENDED.

The suspension also means Justice will not be able to participate in spring football practice, which begins today at USC. Justice must appear at a hearing before a student-conduct board, but no date has been set.

The decision to suspend Justice was made Thursday night.

``Winston Justice is ineligible for spring football practice because of a student-conduct issue. The matter is now being reviewed and he will be out indefinitely,'' said USC vice president of student affairs Student affairs staff are responsible for academic advising and support services delivery at colleges and universities in the United States and abroad. Justice may not attend classes until his hearing and will likely be out longer. Student-conduct matters usually involve violations such as altercations, cheating or other ethical matters. Justice was not involved in an altercation, sources said.

This is the second incident involving Justice in the past eight months. He pleaded no contest last summer to soliciting prostitution and was sentenced to three years summary probation and fined $300 in Long Beach Superior Court.
