Come shop for the holidays -- over 100 items at the silent auction -- including scrubs signed by the cast of ER, CD and picture autographed by PINK, baseball signed by Bret Barbarie, Bill Bridges autographed card, Golf & BBQ package, tickets to the LA Dodgers, Sparks, Avengers, Clippers and Kings (Kings tickets include a ride on the zamboni), private cooking lessons by chef Joy Shefter, dinner at LA City Fire Station 77, painting by Phyllis Diller, weekend stay at The Loved Dog, photo session, pet portraits, artwork, jewelry, collectibles, pet items, rental of a fire truck, gift baskets and gift cards and much more. Boxer Rescue LA was founded in 1977 as a non-profit, no-kill shelter to rescue, rehabilitate and place abandoned boxers. All proceeds from the event will be used for kennel operations. BRLA operates two kennels and feeds and cares for 130+ dogs per day, and places almost 1,000 boxers every year in forever homes. BRLA is a volunteer driven organization where funds go directly to the animals that need it, not to frivolous expenses. Except for the kennel employees who feed and care for the dogs, all other volunteers are unpaid. There are many volunteer opportunities available and volunteers are always needed and appreciated!
