USC FOOTBALL NOTEBOOK: TROJANS' DEPARTURES JUST KEEP ON COMING.Byline: Scott Wolf Staff Writer USC juniors Darnell Bing, Winston Justice and Fred Matua are expected to announce this weekend they will turn pro. ``That's what I'm guessing,'' USC coach Pete Carroll said. ``I don't know what to tell you.'' Justice and Matua are expected to announce today they are turning pro; Bing will make his announcement Sunday. Justice and Matua already hired agents, and Matua's departure especially angered USC coaches. ``It angers me,'' offensive line coach Pat Ruel said. ``His agents told him he's going the first day of the draft. That's what they told him. They are pieces of garbage.'' None of the players spoke to Carroll on Friday and their departures would mean five underclassmen left USC, including tailbacks Reggie Bush and LenDale White. Sources said Matua wants to leave to take care of his sick mother. --No Papadakis visit: USC recruits will not visit Papadakis Taverna restaurant in San Pedro tonight, because the compliance office is investigating whether it violates NCAA rules. ``It's on hold for now,'' a member of the football program said Friday. The restaurant is owned by former USC player John Papadakis. --Cushing Harvey Williams 1869-1939.
