 USAIR BACK TO NORMAL SCHEDULE TOMORROW
 PLANS TO WAIVE TICKETING FEES AND RESTRICTIONS
 ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- USAir will be back to business as usual tomorrow with 2712 with USAir jet, 2373 USAir Express and hourly USAir Shuttle flight departures between Washington National, New York's LaGuardia and Boston's Logan International Airports.
 To welcome its customers back, USAir will be selling its lowest one way and round trip fares without advance purchase requirements on USAir mainline jet flights from Oct. 12 through Oct. 14. These special fares will be valid on flights throughout the United States, Caribbean and to Europe. USAir is also waiving the reticketing charge of $25 when accepting non-penalty tickets from other airlines.
 As previously announced, USAir has been offering a special one-time "Welcome Back Bonus" of 6,000 miles to its Frequent Traveler Program members who take a USAir or USAir Shuttle flight originating in North America between Oct. 8 and Oct. 16, 1992.
 With USAir's Triple Play Bonus Promotion, running Sept. 3 through Dec. 15, 1992, passengers can earn a free roundtrip coach ticket with just 12,000 miles. The ticket earned can be used to fly to any of over 260 USAir, USAir Express and USAir Shuttle cities in the U.S., Canada, the Bahamas, Bermuda or Puerto Rico.
