USA TODAY INTERNATIONAL/GANNETT NEWS SERVICE BEGINS DISTRIBUTION OF ARTICLES IN SPANISH

 WASHINGTON, July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The USA TODAY International/Gannett News Service has begun distributing articles in Spanish to subscribing newspapers and magazines.
 The weekly package of articles, begun earlier this month, is edited by the staff of USA TODAY's International Edition and translated and syndicated by Los Angeles Times Syndicate International (LATSI).
 Also in July, the English-language version of the news service switched from weekly to daily delivery. Like the Spanish service, it comprises articles, graphics and photos from USA TODAY and Gannett News Service.
 Through LATSI, the material is received by 32 regularly subscribing publications in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia.
 USA TODAY's International Edition is an edited version of the national newspaper in the United States. Printed in Switzerland and Hong Kong, USA TODAY's International Edition is available in more than 90 countries worldwide.
 USA TODAY, with 6 million daily readers, is printed via satellite at 32 locations across the country. It is available nationwide.
