In a prior press release dated July 11, 1997, concerning the execution of its merger agreement with World Wide Web Casinos, an internet casino gaming company, USAG stated that the agreement contemplated the extension of the warrants. However, until USAG completes a registration statement for the shares of common stock to be issued upon the exercise of the warrants, no exercise will be permitted.
