New Chief Financial Officer RICK WELLER To Lead Finance Group At USA Global Link

USA Global Link, Inc. (www.usagl.com), a leading pioneer in the provision of discount international telecommunications, global Internet protocol (IP) networks and e-commerce services announced today that Rick Weller has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Weller joins USA Global Link at an exciting time as the company expands its Global InterNetwork(SM), the world's first truly global IP-based telecom network. Mr. Weller comes to the company from Intek Information, Inc., where he was chief financial officer since 1997. Prior to Intek, Mr. Weller was vice president of finance for Sprint's consumer services group and assistant vice president of Sprint's business services group and its wholesale marketing group. He also served as head of Sprint's corporate-wide internal audit group. Prior to Mr. Weller's joining Sprint in 1990, he spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse.
