US Airways Express Launches "Good Morning Guarantee" in Indianapolis!

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 1998--Starting Oct. 19, when Indianapolis passengers check in at the gate for a US Airways Express flight (operated by Chautauqua Airlines) between 5:55 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., their Customer Service Representatives will greet them with a pleasant "Good Morning" and offer them a fresh cup of coffee and a delicious muffin -- guaranteed!

If they fail to do so, the passenger will receive a $25 coupon good toward the purchase of their next ticket on US Airways Express.

"We continue to look for ways to take more of the hassle out of the travel experience for our customers," said John Presburg, vice president of marketing. "Helping them get their day off to a good start is one of the ways we do it." The "Good Morning Guarantee" Program will be in effect until the end of the year.

Chautauqua Airlines, with hubs in Indianapolis and Pittsburgh, was recently purchased by Wexford Management LLC, a Greenwich, Conn.-based diversified investment company. It is one of nine US Airways Express carriers, with a fleet of 32 aircraft operating 233 daily flights to 25 communities in the northeast and midwest. Through its marketing affiliation with US Airways, Chautauqua customers receive through fares, reservation and ticketing services, advance seat assignments and checked baggage to their final destination. Members of US Airways award-winning Dividend Miles program earn 500 miles for every US Airways Express flight they take. Program miles can now be redeemed on American Airlines as well as US Airways.
