US Airways Express Launches "Good Morning Guarantee" in Indianapolis!


INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 1998--Starting Oct. 19, when Indianapolis passengers check in at the gate for a US Airways Express US Airways Express is an airline brand name, rather than a fully certificated airline, and as such, the US Airways Express name is used by several individually owned airlines or airline holding companies which provide regional airline and commuter service for US Airways.  flight (operated by Chautauqua Airlines Chautauqua Airlines is an airline based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. It operates scheduled passenger services on more than 670 flights daily to cities in 30 states, Canada and the Bahamas, through feeder services under the names Delta Connection for Delta Air Lines, ) between 5:55 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., their Customer Service Representatives will greet them with a pleasant "Good Morning" and offer them a fresh cup of coffee and a delicious muffin -- guaranteed!

If they fail to do so, the passenger will receive a $25 coupon good toward the purchase of their next ticket on US Airways Express.

"We continue to look for ways to take more of the hassle out of the travel experience for our customers," said John Presburg, vice president of marketing. "Helping them get their day off to a good start is one of the ways we do it." The "Good Morning Guarantee" Program will be in effect until the end of the year.
