) Project, will gather and process associated gas from five flowstations in the Niger Delta area of SPDC's operation in Nigeria. The project involves the construction of gas compression and processing facilities which will enable the collection of associated gas from: Odidi-I, Odidi-II, Egwa-I, Egwa-II and Batan flowstations and delivery of the processes gas to the Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) Escravos Lagos Pipeline System (ELPS ELPS East Lansing Public Schools (Michigan)

 aimed at ending gas flaring from its operation by 2008.

The contract amounting to $160 million encompasses Engineering, Procurement Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) of new compression stations and upgrade of existing flowstations, as well as construction of the central processing facility at Odidi-I. The contract also includes the Engineering and Procurement of the pipeline network for the project.

The delivery date of all the installations is scheduled for the third quarter of 2001.
