) to provide technical assistance and task management services for FEMA hazard mitigation programs. The five year contract has a maximum value of $150 million to URS.

Under the terms of the contract, URS will provide mitigation planning; pre-disaster mitigation grant program assistance; environmental and historic preservation reviews; risk assessment and hazard modeling that integrates geographic information system geographic information system (GIS)
