TARGET 2000 - URT'S MISSION

THE MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRIES OF THE FUTURE BELONG TO THOSE WITH VISION

Industry Outlook: URT's perspective

Very few industries have the potential to generate annual corporate revenues in the billions of dollars. The waste business of the future will revolutionize our concept of "rubbish" and thus will rival computer companies in the creation of mega-wealth. This new status will evolve when consumers are introduced to the concept of "redeemable materials" - as opposed to the current terminology of waste material. Waste is not only an unpleasant topic of conversation for most people, but is treated as material to be dis- carded, therefore having no intrinsic value Intrinsic Value

1. The value of a company or an asset based on an underlying perception of the value.

2. For call options, this is the difference between the underlying stock's price and the strike price.
. Therein lies the win- dow of opportunity for companies such as Urban Resources.

To make Fibr-Plast products, it makes no difference if we use packing material, banking documents, water bottles, or used carpet. Anything currently called rubbish, can be reconstituted into Fibr-Plast and then sold for a profit. ln fact, we generate one revenue stream by accepting shipments of Iandfill destined des·tine

SMALL CAP COMPANIES CAN BECOME INDUSTRY GIANTS

Market Positioning

The "green" revolution is significant because the environmental industry is about making money and being ecologically sensitive. This shift in corporate focus can be equated in prominence. Think of the overall impact this "greening" will have in all aspects of life. The decadent lifestyle of the eighties with the "never-ending supply" attitude is now considered offensive. People in the new millenium will financially support environmental companies and they will be less tolerant of ecological abuses including overuse overuse Health care The common use of a particular intervention even when the benefits of the intervention don't justify the potential harm or cost–eg, prescribing antibiotics for a probable viral URI. The health problems created from landfills are only beginning to surface. Landfills long known for their capacity to pollute pol·lute

With a continuous supply of food provided, landfills are a mating ground for all kinds of disease-carrying vermin vermin /ver·min/ (ver´min)

disease may develop from this fertile environment. Could landfills ultimately become one of the greatest health hazards known to mankind? Do we really want to find out?

Urban Resources has capitalized on this limitless opportunity and provides a health conscious alternative to landfills. And none too soon for the planet.

The creation of products using Fibr-Plast is a cost effective use for rubbish and the installation of one of our manufacturing facilities would virtually eliminate the need for landfilling in any form. For every 200 million tonnes of solid waste created, 130 million tonnes end up in a landfill. From 1965 to 1990, we have more than doubled the amount of solid waste created worldwide. WE NEED TO ACT NOW.

TARGET 2000 CORPORATE MISSION

Urban Resources Technologies intends to have 2 manufacturing facilities in operation by the end of 1996 and by the year 2000 we expect to have 10 facilities in peak operation. This would generate annual royalties of over $5 million USD. Each facility costs approximately $6 million USD and would be capable of utilizing 20,000 pounds of rubbish per hour.

We are now licensing territories for exclusive distribution of our technology and marketing of our Fibr-Plast products.

FIRST SALE ANNOUNCEMENT

As of July 1, 1995, we have received a non-refundable deposit from a group wishing to purchase the exclusive marketing rights to the Phillippines.

This sales will generate millions of dollars of revenue within the initial 36 month period. This group has expressed further interest in other Asian countries wanting to establish other plants within five years.

Environmental Push

Our Corporate Headquarters is Vancouver, B.C., Canada and we are currently in the process of selecting a site for our second generation facility which will be constructed using ourown Fibr- Plast products. Our aim is to own our own facility with a view to establishing a strong market for Fibr-Plast products in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. .

As you know, developing nations by the year 2050, will account for over 88% of the world's population. These countries have a desperate need for low cost, easy-to-construct housing. How will they ever cope with escalating populations? Our technology not only provides employment for these communities but makes available an endless supply of alternative construction materials for new homes.

The annual worldwide market in the environmental industry is well into the trillions of dollars. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), independent agency of the U.S. government, with headquarters in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1970 to reduce and control air and water pollution, noise pollution, and radiation and to ensure the safe handling and  predicts that the annual market just for waste management equipment alone will exceed $185 million by the year 2000. As you can see, with our growing capacity for creating rubbish, the industry is poised for explosive growth potential.

Our management team has identified a tremendous business opportunity and a gap in the environmental marketplace. We have the technology to solve a formidable problem and improve people's living conditions living conditions nplcondiciones fpl de vida

living conditions nplconditions fpl de vie

all over the world. Additionally, we are earning revenue to inventory our raw materials and we are generating revenue when we sell our highly marketable Fibr-Plast products.

We are definitely at the leading edge of creating a new method of construction that will change forever the meaning of the word - rubbish. Instead of pay-per-view movies being the latest marketing marvel, we will be using Trash-Cash as the currency of conscience. Consumers will be saving Trash-Cash coupons for redemption on numerous new products such as garden sheds, patio furniture pa´ti`o fur´ni`ture

1. Furniture such as chairs, tables, settees or loungers, suited for use on a patio , i.e. such that will not be damaged by exposure to rain, sun or other outdoor elements.
, dog houses, or garden stakes. Every consumer will be able to contribute to minimize pollution and reduce unnecessary waste.

Therein you have the blueprint for a monumental success story created from the opportunity available by combining two huge industries-the construction industry with the environmental industry.
