The exam for the same was held on May 23, 2010. The results has been announced on the official website of UPSC UPSC Union Public Service Commission (India)UPSC Uterine Papillary Serous Carcinoma UPSC Urban Planning Society of China . Results of the preliminary exam can be viewed at the UPSC website. The roll numbers of the qualified students has been mentioned on the list. As per the official site, the candidature of these listed candidates is provisional. In accordance with the Rules of the Examination, all these candidates have to apply again in the detailed application form, which is available on the website of the commission www.upsc.gov.in from where it can be downloaded and sent to the Commission duly filled in by the candidate in his own handwriting, for admission to the Main Examination scheduled to be held from 29/10/10.
