Niedersachsen (nē`dərsäk'sən), state (1994 pop. 7,480,000), 18,295 sq mi (47,384 sq km), NW Germany. Hanover is the capital. , Germany. The rebuild aims to improve product quality and raise production efficiency. The Number 3 Paper Machine has a wire width of 7050 mm and a design capacity of 1115 metric tons/day. Jaakko Poyry Deutschland GmbH, also a part of the forest industry business group, will co-operate with JP Engineering in implementing the project.
