UPCOMING LECTURES AIMED AT FRAUD SCAMS, AND CONS, REAL ESTATE SCHEMES ARE FOCUS OF PALMDALE EVENTS.Byline: Daily News PALMDALE -- The city public safety office will offer two lectures on common scams that con people out of money, property or personal information. ``Scams, Schemes and Cons'' will be held at 7 p.m. June 26, followed by ``Real Estate Fraud'' at 7 p.m. June 28. Both lectures will be held in the City Council chambers, 38300 Sierra Highway Sierra Highway is a road in Southern California, United States.
