UPCOMING LECTURES AIMED AT FRAUD SCAMS, AND CONS, REAL ESTATE SCHEMES ARE FOCUS OF PALMDALE EVENTS.Byline: Daily News PALMDALE -- The city public safety office will offer two lectures on common scams that con people out of money, property or personal information. ``Scams, Schemes and Cons'' will be held at 7 p.m. June 26, followed by ``Real Estate Fraud'' at 7 p.m. June 28. Both lectures will be held in the City Council chambers, 38300 Sierra Highway Sierra Highway is a road in Southern California, United States. It runs from Tunnel Station near the north limit of the City of Los Angeles, where it intersects with San Fernando Road and Foothill Boulevard, as well as Interstate 5, and continues north to Mojave, mostly paralleling , Suite B.
