indoor meet and two who are each three-time all-Americans in school record-holder Becky Holliday and Niki McEwen. Along with Kristen Riley, this is a group that will score Oregon a lot of points throughout the season and into the Pac-10 and NCAA meets. In the high jump, senior Jenny Brogdon, the Pac-10 runner-up last season, has jumped 5-7 twice this spring to qualify for the Pac-10 and NCAA regional meets.

The Ducks did lose some depth in this event when Pac-10 scorer Rachael Kriz took a redshirt year to transition to the javelin. Senior Mary Murphy Mary Murphy may refer to:

, who has a PR of 5-8, will compete with Brogdon. Sheldon grad Amanda Brown leads the way in both the triple and long jump. She scored in both events at the Pac-10 meet last season and has already qualified for the NCAA regional in the triple with a leap of 40-8 3/4 .

THROWS

From top to bottom, the Ducks will be very competitive in the throwing events. Two-time all-Americana and four-time Pac-10 scorer Mary Etter returns for her senior season and will once again compete in the hammer, shot put and discus discus /dis·cus/ (dis´kus) pl. dis´ci   [L.] disk.

her previous PR of 183-9 and set a new school record. Sauvage will also compete in the discus. In the javelin, the Ducks will be without their top star in all-American and school record-holder Sarah Malone, who will redshirt her junior season. Oregon will certainly miss Malone, who was ranked fifth in the U.S. last season and is a two-time NCAA automatic qualifier and two-time Pac-10 runner-up. Still, the Ducks do return sophomore all-Americans Elisa Crumley and Roslyn Lundeen. Crumley made her season debut last weekend at the Texas Relays The Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays are an annual track and field competition held at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin, Texas. It was her first competition since shoulder surgery last fall. Lundeen threw an NCAA regional mark of 155-9 at the Stanford Invitational in·vi·ta·tion·al

Junior college transfer Abby Andrus replaces the departed Jenny Kenyon in this event and brings with her an impressive resume. The junior was the national JC runner-up in 2002 with a then-PR of 4,903 points. That put her in second place among returning Pac-10 heptathletes. She has since increased her score to 4,963 - a Pac-10 qualifying mark set at the California Multi-Events meet in Davis, Calif., March 26-27.
