 UNIVISION NAMES GOLDMAN EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS AFFAIRS
 NEW YORK, June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Andrew Goldman was promoted to executive vice president, business affairs, for Univision Holdings, Inc., announced today Ray Rodriguez, president and chief executive officer for Univision Holdings, Inc.
 "Over the years, Andy's role as our company's senior executive in charge of afiliate relations has been vital to establishing and maintaining Univision's sizable circulation advantage," said Rodriguez. "With this appointment, he will continue to be part of Univision Holdings' senior executive team and will take on additional responsibilities for international expansion."
 Formerly senior vice president, business affairs, Goldman has made significant contributions to the company, including expanding the network's coverage to 90 percent of U.S. Hispanic households through its 36 broadcast affiliates and nearly 600 cable systems throughout the country. He will continue his responsibilities for asset management, new business development and acquisitions.
 Goldman was directly involved with Hallmark's purchase of the Univision network and station group in 1987 through 1988, as well as playing a key role in the initial development of Mas magazine. He currently is heavily involved in Univision's pending sale.
 Prior to joining Univision, Goldman was senior vice president marketing for Group W Cable/Teleprompter. He is founder and past president of the Cable Television Administrative and Marketing Society (CTAM). He also is a founder of the Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB).
 Univision Holdings, Inc. is the largest Spanish-language media and marketing services company in the United States. Its principal operating entities include the Univision network, which reaches 90 percent of U.S. Hispanic households via satellite-interconnected broadcast and cable affiliates, the Univision Station Group of nine full-power television stations, and Mas magazine.
